Greetings. I found this interesting article on American Vision's website regarding the "Mark of the Beast" mentioned in the Bible. After some quick study, I found that many translations say "Upon" or "On' the forehead and not "in" the forehead as the KJV reads. The article states, "The Greek preposition epi (“upon”), not en (“in”), is used twice in Revelation 13:16 to describe where the mark was to be placed. Epi (επι) is best translated as “on” or “upon.” This is why the passage states that the mark was to be given “on [επι] their right hand or on [επι] their forehead,” not“in [εν] their right hand or in [εν] their forehead.”

Well, if you believe that the Mark of the Beast is literal, and she's going to take the chip implant, she's really done nothing wrong. Because according to how dispensational pre-mill's iinterpret that verse, that will happen AFTER the Rapture.

Even taking the grammatical mis-interpretation of the text out of the equation, you are still left with a system of interpretation that is flawed. Dipensational Pre-Mils claim to take a literal interpretation of scripture, if that is the case how then do you get away with the two or three verses in the first chapter of Revelation saying that these things are close at hand. In fact in the opening verse says "-things which must shortly take place". Verse three says "for the time is near". The book closes in the same manner, saying that these events are soon to take place.
There are over 300 allusions to the Old Testament which will help you in being able to exegete this book properly.
